• Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-4 business days (subject to availability).
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
• You can also track your order under the ‘My Orders’ section in your BERAGI account.

Delivery Partners

• We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe deliveries across India.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please reach out to support@beragi.in to raise queries regarding the same.
• If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partners will reattempt within 48 hours.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
• Ensure you share clear images of the product and packaging for resolution.
