Return and Exchange Policy
BERAGI places a high value on customer satisfaction and a simple return and exchange process. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow the qualifying conditions and contact us for assistance. We’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- RETURN/EXCHANGE WINDOW: If you need to return or exchange an item, please submit your request within 48 hours of delivery/receiving your products.
- PRODUCT CONDITION: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Products purchased at a discounted or sale price.
- Items on clearance sale.
- Gift Cards
- Incorrect/Faulty Product Received?
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Ensure you share clear images of the product and packaging for resolution. Please include video that covers the damage.

- One-Time Policy: Each product is eligible for one return or exchange only.
How to Initiate Return or Exchange Request:
- Log-in to your BERAGI Account → Go to ‘My Orders’ → Select the item → Click on ‘Return/Exchange’.
- Fill in the required details and choose your preferred option: refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Schedule a Pickup: Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your location.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10 -15 working days after the returned item passes the quality check.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
Exchange Process
- We offer exchanges for sizes only of the same product, subject to availability.
- If the requested size within the same style is unavailable, you can opt for a refund.
- Once the returned item clears quality checks, the exchange item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
Important Information
- If the return request does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to the customer.
- In case of defective or incorrect items, BERAGI will bear the return shipping costs.
